According to a recent study, having experience using a chatGPT chatbot will boost your chances of getting your next job.

According to a report by Business Insider, researchers from the Resume Builder center surveyed 1187,<> business leaders — CEOs, CEOs, owners and partners, most of whom are currently hiring — to understand what they think about using chatbots using artificial intelligence.

The survey found that 91% of current hiring business leaders are looking to hire those with experience using ChatGPT, with 30% saying they need the skill "very urgently" or "somewhat urgently", and two-thirds of those hiring those with experience at ChatGPT believe that these skills can bring a competitive advantage to their companies.

Respondents believe that OpenAI's Chat GPT robot can help boost productivity, save time and resources, increase creative and technical support, and enhance the company's reputation.

Survey respondents said experienced workers at ChatGPT could also teach their colleagues how to use AI, which could amplify its benefits.

"With this experience not yet widely available in the recruitment market, a candidate with skills to deal with HGPT and AI will be highly sought after from large companies, since this technology is still new, there is a race to bring in employees with this skill so that the company remains ahead of the curve, and companies seem willing to pay for it," said Stacey Haller, senior career advisor at Rizumi Builder.

The survey shows that software engineering departments, followed by customer service, human resources and marketing, are at the forefront of departments looking to hire workers with experience in dealing with ChatGPT.

Starting this year, 29% of business leaders said they will hire engineers who can train chatbots with AI to achieve desired goals.

Many used chatbots to develop code, write marketing plans, and create charts to explain lessons.

Haller pointed to the proliferation of online chatGPT education programs and urged workers to take advantage of them to give them a boost in the hiring process.

Hundreds of AI enthusiast-led GPT courses are now available, aimed at teaching people how to integrate chatbots into their workflows. Instructors told Insider that knowing how to use Chat GPT is the skill of the future.

Haller said job seekers should include their experience in Chat GPT on their CV, adding, "Those who benefit from learning this new technology will be ahead of other candidates."
