President Macron addresses the French this Monday, April 17 at 20 p.m., after the promulgation by him of the pension reform of the Borne government. In an atmosphere of political and social crisis, Emmanuel Macron is trying to breathe new life into his second five-year term. Upstream, the Head of State had lunch with the Head of Government, then received the leaders of his coalition and his main ministers, including those of the Economy, the Interior and the Ecological Transition.
