The information about the graves has instead been taken from other registers, but according to the vicar Per Henriksson Lerström, it is not always correct.

"The service is a washing of a headstone, but some who have received the letter only have a plate at an ash grave – not even a stone that you could wash," says the vicar.

In the video, the vicar shows what the offer looks like and tells us what he thinks about the sales method: "The elderly can probably think that this is something you need to pay".

Many reports to the Swedish Consumer Agency

SVT has searched for the company without getting a response. They have been reported to the Swedish Consumer Agency for their marketing more than 40 times in recent months alone, but the Swedish Consumer Agency has not yet taken a position on the reports.

Since March 2019, the company has been the subject of more than 400 complaints and the Swedish Consumer Agency started enforcement cases against the company in 2019 and 2021. Both times, the company took action, and then the cases were closed.
