An Indonesian woman died while reading the Koran at the "Noor al-Nisa Education Council" at the Bab al-Salam mosque in the municipality of Chuplung in the city of Bandung, west of the Indonesian island of Java.
A video circulating on Indonesian platforms documented Ms. Roro Rohana, 67, reading the Quran through the microphone, during a women's circle in the mosque, before falling unconscious in the middle of the hall, and a state of confusion and shock prevailed.

Her fall to the ground surprised the women in the mosque, and although they rushed to save her, she died instantly.
Local media reported that the recording dates back to last Sunday, according to the account of her daughter Roro Sari, who said that her mother kept catching up with Quran recitation and memorization circles in the past Ramadan months during the past years, in what are known as study sessions.
The deceased woman had 5 children, 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and her family said that she was a beloved and dedicated figure in the service of her children and grandchildren, in addition to her keenness to work hard in worship.
Activists on social media widely circulated the video, which they considered documenting a touching scene of a good ending in the holy month.
