Egg hunting has been a recurring tradition for several years at Himmelsberga Öland Museum, but new for this year is that the egg hunt is also an art exhibition. The children get to look for the eggs with the help of a map, while the adults get to guess the artist behind it.

"We think it will be a fun extra ingredient. This is a way for people to find the local talented artists. It will also be more fun for both children and adults, says Julius Winberg Sääf, museum director.

Watch the actual egg hunt in the clip above, and hear some of the artists talk about the idea behind their Easter eggs.

The art exhibition runs throughout the Easter weekend. All eggs are on sale and the proceeds go to charity.
