The French Secretary of State for Social and Solidarity Economy, Marlène Schiappa, will appear on the cover of the French edition of Playboy magazine in the April 8 issue.

Schiappa will appear on the cover and in several photographs of the interior, in which she will be dressed and wrapped in the French flag, according to the newspaper Le Parisien in its digital edition.

The photos illustrate a lengthy 12-page interview with Schiappa, who was Secretary of State for Equality during Macron's first term (2017/2020) and then Minister Delegate for Citizenship (2020/22).

The interview talks about women's freedom, but also feminism, sexist violence, ecology, political climate change or literature, according to the Parisian media, which emphasizes that she will bethe first French woman politician to appear on the famous cover.
