Lavrov recalled that European countries supply Kiev with weapons and ammunition, as well as send instructors and mercenaries to Ukraine.
"For these reasons, we consider the EU as an unfriendly association," the minister explained.
Earlier, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, repeated behind the Ukrainian media a sarcastic April Fool's joke about the beginning of Russia's presidency in the UN Security Council.
