"The Kiev regime has accumulated a large number of militants in the area of the village of Razumovka, trained to cross the Dnieper and seize, among other things, the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant," RIA Novosti quoted Rogov as saying.

He noted that preventive strikes were carried out on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of Razumovka.

Earlier, Rogov spoke about a possible offensive by militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region.

According to him, the recent visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the Kiev-controlled part of the region "indirectly confirms" the preparation of the Ukrainian military for the offensive.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, in turn, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing a counteroffensive when the ground dries up after the spring rasputitsa.
