It was in October 2021 that the police in Östersund had an operation against drug dealing at Systembolaget in central Östersund. Police observed two girls withdrawing money and giving to an elderly guy.
The guy went into Systembolaget and bought two packs of smaller liqueur bottles, a total of 40 centiliters of 16 percent alcohol. Police then followed the man who handed the alcohol to the girls.
In questioning, the man has said he does not remember the incident, as he was under the influence. The girls have said in interrogation that they wanted to try alcohol and that they got in touch with the man via snapchat.
The man is now sentenced for unlawful acquisition of alcohol to probation and a 40-day fine.
