"In an effort to separate Russia from the rest of the world, Joe Biden isolated only the United States," he stressed.

According to the expert, at the moment China, Russia, India and Saudi Arabia are so strong that they can defeat the United States.

Rugg added that this happens when strong leaders, such as Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, are pitted against a "person with dementia."

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that only the West speaks of Russia's isolation, while developing countries continue their dialogue with Moscow.
