After Wednesday's meeting, sd's chairman group decided that Hanna Nilsson will continue to lead the group in Hässleholm together with Ulf Berggren.
"Hanna Nilsson has already a week ago offered to step down from the KSO post in favor of Lina Bengtsson, however, this has been denied by M and KD, which have instead demanded Hanna's resignation from all political assignments. This is something our entire group finds completely unacceptable," the party writes in the press release.
"It's the same line we've had all along. No quirks. I will continue to lead the group with Ulf Berggren, says Hanna Nilsson (SD), to SVT Nyheter Skåne on Thursday.
In the press release, the party points out that: "If M and KD stand by their demands for Hanna's resignation, we will choose to remain and govern in a three-bloc solution or go into opposition. It is the SD group that decides who should be part of our political team, not the media or other parties".
