Sara• I don't understand why even the 18-year-old is charged with murder. Surely that's based solely on the 20-year-old's story? The 20-year-old also accused the neighbour of committing sexual violence and then killing Tove. It doesn't feel like she's a reliable source right away? The 20-year-old had motives and had googled on "best revenge on a friend". The 18-year-old hasn't googled on such a thing, not holding a grudge against Tove, while the 20-year-old is described as manipulative.

The prosecutor believes that there is, among other things, chat history and data from cell towers that indicate that the 18-year-old was also involved. He has therefore chosen to prosecute both of them for consensually murdering Tove. There are those who question the prosecutor's method of not having an alternative title. We will see if he succeeds, or how the court will assess the evidence and not least the women's respective stories that they will give at the hearings today.

The hearings start at 9.00am, but as of 4am this morning, people have queued up to try and get a seat inside the courtroom. At 7 a.m., district court stewards began handing out tickets.

"It will only be enough for those who are at the front," security guard Edward Johansson told SVT.

The district court announces that the hearings of defendants will be held on Wednesday. Lawyer Svegfors has asked that the hearings of the 18-year-old be held without the co-defendant and audience in the room, but the court decides that the hearings will at least begin with the audience in the room.

Attorney Sangborn asks the boyfriend supplementary questions.

- What did Tove say to (the 20-year-old) at the nightclub?

- I don't remember that now.

After a few more questions, he replies that it "probably wasn't anything nice".

Sangborn asks about the walk from the nightclub to the apartment.

"It was a good atmosphere," he replies.

He talks about that part of the building where there has been a fire.

- Tove and (the sister) had their rooms there. It was reported the same day.
- There were a few pieces of cardboard and paper bags tucked under the door.

He had saved those pieces. He, too, figured it was the 20-year-old who was behind the fire, as he had heard the daughters talk a lot about the problems with her.

Now Tove's father will be heard. He has been very touched during the day. The prosecutor begins by asking questions about the fire.

The trial began on Monday, when the prosecutor presented his case and relatives of Tove were questioned. Today it is the turn of the suspected women to be interrogated.

SVT will monitor the trial and report directly on our site and in the app. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the case to our reporter who is on site. She responds as time permits.
