"We will see how this will happen in practice. So far, we regret to state that the United States has expanded the list of its own violations of the Treaty," Ryabkov said.

According to him, no one gave the United States the right not to transfer to Russia semi-annual data on the presence of strategic offensive weapons. Ryabkov explained that for this, Washington would need to either withdraw from the treaty or formally suspend its operation, as Russia did.
