The National Police has arrested a minor in Ibiza for allegedly recording with his mobile the sexual encounter of a friend of his with his underage girlfriend without her knowledge, so the boyfriend is also being investigated
The boyfriend, also a minor, is being investigated for whether he had colluded with his friend. They are charged with two separate crimes of discovery and disclosure of secrets, police reported Tuesday.
The Family and Women's Care Unit (UFAM) received in the middle of this month the complaint of the young woman, who claimed to have been recorded while having sex with her boyfriend.
The girl had met him to see each other in a flat. The groom introduced himself to a friend, who told them he would leave them alone while they had an intimate relationship.
However, the sexual encounter was recorded by the friend with his mobile phone, without prior knowledge or authorization of the young woman.
Given the seriousness of these facts and after the two minors were identified, the UFAM of Ibiza proceeded to seize the mobile phones to prevent the dissemination of the video and arrested the minor who recorded the meeting.
He is charged with a crime of revealing secrets while the boyfriend is being investigated.
The facts have been brought to the attention of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Palma, pending the holding of a trial.
The investigation is still open to verify if the video was sent to third parties by any means.
The National Police recalls that, from the moment a photo or video is sent through any social network, control over them is lost.
It also points out that if intimate images of third parties are received, these facts must be immediately brought to the attention of the Police and, in no case, share or forward the content since it would be incurring a serious crime.
