According to him, for the SCO, the task of increasing the effectiveness of efforts to maintain regional stability in the context of the growing process of global transformation is of particular relevance.
"The SCO is a platform for multilateral cooperation," the Secretary General emphasized.
Earlier, Zhang Ming said that the SCO intends to consistently expand mutual settlements in national currencies among the members of the organization.
