Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the almost complete encirclement of Artemovsk and the semi-ring around Avdiivka.
Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia of the LPR (retired) Andriy Marochko noted that the Ukrainian military lost up to 4.5 thousand personnel in a week killed and wounded in the battles near Artemovsk in the DPR.
