Back in January, Jamtli director Olov Ameiln warned that cultural-historical buildings at the museum risk damage when the economy is tight.

Now the situation is even worse. Unless Jamtli receives an increase in the annual grant by six million kronor from the founders, drastic measures will be forced.

"We have reached the end of the road", writes Olov Amelin in the letter to the founders Region Jämtland Härjedalen and Östersund municipality.

This year, Jamtli looks set to go three million kronor back. In the letter, Olov Amelin describes possible savings and the consequences of these.
