The indictment is the first after the wave of violence in the Stockholm area in recent months and the 15-year-olds are suspected of shooting at a property in Gubbängen on two occasions on December 28 last year.

They allegedly fired several shots at a balcony and apartment windows with automatic weapons and a gun. According to the indictment, at least nine shots allegedly entered the plaintiffs' apartment. In connection with this, at least one shot should also have gone into a nearby apartment.

24 shots

In the second shooting, which occurred at the same address, the prosecutor says the 15-year-olds fired at an apartment door and 24 shots went into the apartment where the plaintiff was located. According to the indictment, the shots reached several different rooms in the apartment.

An elderly man lives in the apartment and, according to the prosecutor, the 15-year-olds were shot at the wrong door.

Denies wrongdoing

In addition to attempted murder, the 15-year-olds are also charged with aggravated weapons offenses and the Nyköping resident is also charged with minor drug offenses. They both deny the suspected crimes.

Convicted of robbery

SVT Nyheter Sörmland has previously reported on the Nyköping resident when he was charged with robbery and assault in court in central Nyköping. As recently as late January, he was sentenced for the robbery to juvenile detention. He was acquitted of assault in court.
