She said this at a conference on the foreign policy of the republic in Bratislava, her words are quoted by Pravda.

"As for military assistance, our resources are not infinite," the politician said.

She spoke in favor of the development of the national military-industrial complex, because otherwise the country will not be able to move further both in supporting Ukraine and in its own defense.

According to the president, the support of Kiev corresponds to the national interests of Slovakia, but she acknowledged that the life of most Slovaks deteriorated with the arrival of Ukrainian refugees.

Earlier, Slovakia handed over the first four MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.

After that, the FSMTC of Russia stated that it considers this step an unfriendly act and a gross violation by Bratislava of its obligations to re-export Russian-made military equipment.
