The survey also shows that employees' ideals and beliefs have become firmer, their status as masters has been continuously consolidated, and more and more employees have actively participated in labor and skill competitions with themes such as "Be a good master, build a new era", "make meritorious contributions to the 3th Five-Year Plan, and strive for a new journey".

Workers in new forms of employment have become an important part of the workforce, and the industrial workforce has developed and expanded. The new forms of employment are mainly truck drivers, ride-hailing drivers, couriers, takeaway delivery workers and other groups, mainly male young and middle-aged, and the proportion of agricultural household registration personnel is relatively high. The average age of industrial workers is 38.29 years old, agricultural household registration accounts for 52.1%, the average number of years of education is 13.16 years, the proportion of industrial workers in the tertiary industry is growing, and 77.6% of industrial workers are concentrated in manufacturing and construction.

The education level of employees has generally improved, and the quality of technical skills has been significantly improved. The average number of years of education for tertiary industry workers is 14.5 years, higher than 12.5 years for primary industry workers and 13.0 years for secondary industry workers. The professional and technical personnel are mainly between 30 and 50 years old, concentrated in education, manufacturing, health and social work industries.

Employees pay more attention to their own and long-term development, and expect trade union organizations to play a greater role. 95.3% of employees are interested in learning new vocational skills or knowledge, especially among employees aged 18-40 and those with a bachelor's degree or above.
