It is noted that the police actively used tear gas and water cannons, and protesters in gas masks and helmets, hiding from water jets with shields, threw firecrackers and pieces of dirt at the police.

During the clashes, several police cars standing around the perimeter of the field were set on fire with the help of bottles with a combustible mixture.

According to preliminary data, 11 people were detained, clashes continue.

Earlier, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, said she was concerned about the "excessive use of force" against demonstrators at protests against pension reform in France.
