"There were many victims from the demonstrators, several dozen, including seriously injured. The lives of three of them are under threat, three more are unconscious," she said.
According to her, one of the victims was hospitalized with an open fracture.
Lazar said that the demonstrators were injured as a result of the use by the police of "grenades to disperse the crowd with rubber striking elements," as well as gas grenades.
Earlier it was reported that demonstrators burned several police cars during riots near the commune of Saint-Solin in western France.
