This was reported in the Kremlin.

"The Turkish leader positively assessed Russia's agreement to extend for 60 days the term of the Istanbul agreements concerning the export of Ukrainian grain from the Black Sea ports and the unblocking of exports of Russian food and fertilizers," the report said.

Earlier it was reported that Akar is negotiating with the Russian and Ukrainian sides on the extension of the grain deal for 120 days instead of 60.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin said that Russia decided to extend the grain deal only for 60 days due to the lack of progress on the supply of Russian food and fertilizers.

On March 22, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar discussed a grain deal with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
