It is believed that from this fine exhibition, the audience can fully feel the unique charm of ancient Chinese flower and bird paintings.

According to reports, the development of flower and bird painting is an important part of the history of Chinese painting. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, due to the gradual maturity of the theory of literati painting and reflected in the creative practice of painting, the development of flower and bird painting presented a situation of development and innovation, and many excellent painters and classic works emerged.

In this exhibition, the 55 sets of flower and bird paintings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties exhibited by the Tianjin Museum include representative flower and bird paintings of important schools and important painters such as Ming Dynasty courtyard paintings, Wumen paintings, Jinling schools, four monks, Yun schools, Yangzhou schools, and Shanghai schools. It is worth mentioning that the volume of Eight Great Mountain People's "Flower Picture on the River" has been exhibited in the United States for the first time in 2017 years since it was exhibited in the museum in 6. This huge painting of flowers and birds with a length of nearly 13 meters is magnificent, full of ups and downs. After the picture, the artist uses Xingshu to inscribe the poem "Flower Song on the River", which is unbridled in emotion and imagination, and the calligraphy is smooth and old-fashioned, making the full-volume work a classic work of poetry, books, paintings and printing.
