The police investigation identifies a 26-year-old man as the leader of the network and he is also suspected of violating the Weapons Act when more than 400 cartridges were found in an apartment.

The police have been watching the man through both set up cameras and telephone tapping and since December the man has been in custody. He denies aggravated narcotics offenses but admits drug offenses.

"There are a lot of people who have worked hard for this," says reconnaissance chief Thomas Palmgren.

The 26-year-old was arrested at the home when drugs were also found but he denies controlling the network.

- He admits to having had some drugs at home for his own use. But firmly denies that he had a leading role in this, says the 26-year-old's defense lawyer Ulf Holst.

The other people in the network are between 19-33 years old and have, according to the police, been sellers and stockholders of the drugs.
