This was stated by the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) of Russia.

The Ministry recalled that the Russian-Slovak intergovernmental agreement on military-technical cooperation provides that each of the parties will not sell or transfer to third countries weapons and military equipment obtained or acquired as a result of bilateral military-technical cooperation without the written consent of the other party.

"Thus, we are talking about another gross violation by the Slovak side of its international obligations to re-export Russian-made weapons and military equipment," RIA Novosti quoted the FSMTC as saying.

On March 23, it became known that Slovakia handed over the first four MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine.

Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said that this decision will replenish the statistics of the Russian Armed Forces on the downed aircraft in the zone of the special operation.
