The representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) announced 18 cases of fire by the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the past day.

During the shelling, the enemy used artillery of caliber 152 and 155 mm. In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired 74 shells in the direction of the DPR.

The shelling affected Donetsk, Horlivka, Yasynuvata, Yelenivka and other settlements of the republic. The Donetsk side reports four wounded civilians. Six houses were damaged.

As specified in the representative office of the republic, as a result of shelling, direct hits were recorded in private residential buildings with subsequent fire.

The representative office of the Lugansk People's Republic in the JCCC did not report on new shelling of settlements over the past day.

Russia transmits to UNESCO data on destruction in Donbass

The Russian side transmits to foreign diplomats in UNESCO data on the shelling of civilian objects by the Ukrainian military, Said in an interview with TASS Permanent Representative of Russia to UNESCO Rinat Alyautdinov.

He also noted that the information transmitted by the Russian side also convinces that the Russian Armed Forces in the course of the CVO comply with the norms of international law and do not strike at objects that are not used for military purposes.

Situation on the line of contact

Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the LPR Andrei Marochko, citing his own sources, said that aviation work had intensified in the Kupyansk direction.

"Observation posts of our air defense have recently noted an increase in the number of flights in the Kupyansk direction and an approach to the positions of enemy aircraft," he wrote in Telegram.

As Marochko specified, according to the characteristics of the targets, Su-24, Su-27 and MiG-29 aircraft are used.

In addition, a retired lieutenant colonel of the LPR said that the Ukrainian command forces servicemen who do not have engineering and sapper skills to demine the territory.

According to Marochko, after the Russian military inflicted a fire defeat on the RAV warehouse of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, some of the ammunition detonated, the other part was thrown out by an explosive wave within a radius of about 5 km.

"The Ukrainian command decided to send inexperienced fighters who were recently mobilized and do not have special skills and knowledge to eliminate the consequences," Marochko wrote.

According to him, the military is forced to visually find explosive objects, manually collect and sort.

Medvedev on Western specialists in Ukraine

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev expressed the opinion that Western military specialists accompanying the weapons transferred to Ukraine are becoming a legitimate target for the Russian army.

In an interview with leading Russian media, including RIA Novosti, Medvedev said that direct evidence of the country's involvement in the conflict is the dispatch of military specialists along with the supplied weapons.

"If Patriot or some other weapons of destruction are delivered to the territory of Ukraine together with foreign specialists, they are certainly a legal target and are subject to destruction. They are combatants, they are enemies of our State. They must be destroyed," Medvedev said.

According to the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, abroad they should understand that any American or Polish soldier appearing in the conflict zone "must be destroyed."
