The PSOE has denounced tonight that the president of Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañueco (PP), made what is colloquially known as a "comb" – raising the middle finger with the palm of the hand inwards – while a socialist prosecutor defended in the plenary session of the Cortes an initiative to help celiac people.

It has been the Secretary of Organization of the PSOE of Castilla y León and second vice president of the Cortes, Ana Sánchez, who has made this complaint on her Twitter account attached the image of this moment that belongs to the Efe Agency.

During the plenary session this morning, the socialist prosecutor, Rosa Rubio, has taken the podium of the regional parliament to defend an initiative to enable aid to celiac people.

Rubio, at the beginning of his speech, has reproached the president who, while she spoke, he was outside his seat chatting with the Minister of Agriculture of the Board, Gerardo Dueñas, which for this attorney demonstrates his lack of respect for people suffering from this disease.

At that moment, the president decides to leave the chamber and on his way to the exit and with his back to the socialist prosecutor, he has made this gesture captured by the EFE Agency.

This complaint of Ana Sánchez has been replicated by several socialist leaders in the same social network.
