Medvedev's Telegram channel published a video from a meeting of the working group of the Military-Industrial Commission of Russia.

Medvedev said that he could not help but pay attention to how the work of domestic defense industry enterprises was assessed in a similar situation during the Great Patriotic War.

In the text of the telegram read out by Medvedev, Stalin called for "honestly and on time to fulfill orders for the supply of hulls for tanks at the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant."

"Now I ask and hope that you will fulfill your duty to the Motherland. In a few days, if you find yourself in violation of your duty to the Motherland, I will begin to crush you as criminals who neglect the honor and interests of your Motherland," Stalin wrote.

The telegram said that "it is impossible to tolerate that our troops suffer at the front from a lack of tanks, and you in the distant rear are cold and idle."

Earlier, Medvedev said that he would like to read out Joseph Stalin's wartime telegrams to the heads of enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.
