Earlier, German Justice Minister Marco Bushman said that he would arrest Putin in the event of his visit to Germany.

"The current head of a nuclear state came to the territory of, say, Germany and was arrested. What is this? Declaration of war on Russia, "RIA Novosti quoted Medvedev as saying.

He added that when implementing such actions, all Russian means "will fly to the Bundestag."

On March 21, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin proposed to prosecute judges of the International Criminal Court for issuing an "arrest warrant" for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that no decisions of the ICC are important for Russia, including from a legal point of view.

According to the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzia, Russia considers any documents of the ICC null and void and illegal.
