The Civil Guard has located in Huércal-Overa (Almería) a minor with an autism spectrum disorder disappeared a few days ago in Sweden and has identified the 26-year-old with whom he allegedly arrived in the province of Almeria without authorization from his parents after meeting him online.

The Command of Almeria has confirmed to Efe the information advanced in its digital edition by the newspaper "Diario de Almería" in which it is indicated that the minor, 16 years old, was in the company of the young man in a caravan parked in the area of the small hamlet of Almajalejo.

The parents of the minor reported the disappearance to the Swedish police authorities, and days later an employee of the parent alerted this Tuesday at the barracks of the armed institute of Huércal-Overa of the possible location of the girl.

Apparently, the young man said, in English, when he was identified that they planned to stay three months in Almeria, and the minor initially gave a false name.

However, once fully identified in the post of Huércal-Overa the girl has been placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office to complete the procedures for her return, and the young man has been released for now, waiting to know if in his country of origin he would be responsible for any crime.
