• Justice The TC debates endorsing the Euthanasia Law and annulling two articles of the 'Celaá Law'

The Plenary of the Constitutional Court has endorsed this Wednesday the Euthanasia Law. The court of guarantees by a large majority has rejected the appeal filed by Vox against Organic Law 3/2021, of March 24, on the Regulation of Euthanasia.

The sentence of progressive magistrate Ramón Sáez has had only two votes against magistrates Concepción Espejel and Enrique Arnaldo, according to legal sources reported to EL MUNDO.

The presentation of Sáez, on which the magistrate will make some modifications after submitting it for a day and a half to deliberation of the Plenary, maintains that the current Euthanasia Law guarantees the right to self-determination of the person without leaving life unprotected.
