A statement to the Russian investigative body, a copy of which is available to RT, was written on March 20, including by the heads of the Ministries of Economic Development and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Zaporizhzhya region.

They accuse Biden of violating more than ten articles of the Criminal Code of Russia, including the organization of arms supplies to neo-Nazis in Ukraine at the expense of taxpayers of the United States and other countries. He is also accused of exterminating the people and destroying the Ukrainian infrastructure.

Earlier, the Zaporizhzhya authorities concluded an agreement with the International Academy of Informatization (MAI), which is accredited by the UN. This allows the region to sign economic agreements with any of the 192 countries that make up the organization.

Now MAI is preparing appeals to the embassies of 192 states with a request for the official position of these countries regarding the ICC's accusations against Putin and statements against Biden.

On March 21, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin proposed to prosecute judges of the International Criminal Court for issuing an "arrest warrant" for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that no decisions of the ICC are important for Russia, including from a legal point of view.

According to the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzia, Russia considers any documents of the ICC null and void and illegal.
