According to the government, more renewable energy must be produced, such as solar, wind and hydropower. But the green transition is far too slow, says Ebba Busch when she visited Hornamossen's wind farm in Habo municipality on Wednesday. Sweden, for example, is one of the countries in Europe with the longest permit periods for wind turbines.

"It's taking too long. Parts of the wind power industry say that it takes between 12 and 17 years for much of the wind power established in Sweden. If a wind power application is to be rejected, then it should receive it as early as possible. If it is welcome locally, we should make sure to pave the way for it much faster, says Ebba Busch.

In the clip above, you hear how she views the municipal veto when it comes to establishing wind power levers.
