Regarding the administrative documents that Minister for Economic Security Takaichi called "fabricated," the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said that it was highly likely that an explanation related to broadcasting was given to Minister Takaichi at the time, but that it could not confirm whether the contents of the documents were accurate.

An administrative document released by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications states that the then Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Takaichi gave an explanation called "lek" regarding the interpretation of "political impartiality" stipulated in the Broadcasting Law, but Minister Takaichi claims that he did not receive an explanation on the interpretation of 'political impartiality' at that time, and that the content is fabricated.

Against this backdrop, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications presented the results of interviews with related parties at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors on the 22nd.

Among them, there were multiple testimonies that "if the documents remain, it is unlikely that there was no lecture on 'political impartiality.'"

On the other hand, there were those who said, "There may have been a lecture related to broadcasting, but I don't remember the time or content," and "I don't think there was a lecture like the content of the document."

For this reason, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said that although there was a high possibility that broadcasting-related lectures were conducted during this period, there was a different perception as to whether it was about "political impartiality," and it was not possible to confirm whether the content was accurate.

Michihiro Ishibashi of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, who serves as the lead member of the opposition party, told reporters, "The people concerned have indicated their recognition that 'a reck has been conducted,' and what Minister Takaichi is saying has completely collapsed.
