The two sides should promote both quantitative and qualitative economic and trade cooperation, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and maintain the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain. Mishustin said that today I led almost all important cabinet members of the Russian government to meet with President Xi Jinping and warmly welcomed President Xi Jinping's state visit to Russia. President Xi Jinping's use of Russia as the first stop of his foreign visit after re-election is of particular significance, fully reflecting the particularity of Russia-China relations in the new era. The development of Russian-Chinese relations is at an all-time high, which is conducive to better safeguarding multilateralism and promoting world multipolarization under the current international situation. The mechanism of regular meetings between the prime ministers of Russia and China is unique in the world. Russia looks forward to close coordination and cooperation with the new Chinese government, earnestly implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state, and strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between the two countries.
