The actions of the judges of the International Criminal Court contain signs of crimes under Part 2 of Article 301, Part 1 of Article 30, Part 2 of Article 360 of the Criminal Code of Russia - knowingly illegal detention, as well as preparation for an attack on a representative of a foreign state enjoying international protection, with the aim of complicating international relations.

The Pre-Trial Chamber of the ICC, whose jurisdiction Russia does not recognize, on March 17 issued a warrant for the "arrest" of the President of Russia and the children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova.

The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that no decisions of the ICC are important for Russia, including from a legal point of view.

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia said that Russia considers any documents of the ICC null and void and illegal.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev noted that the ICC warrant will lead to monstrous consequences for international law.
