Nebenzia: Russia hopes to participate in the UN investigation of the explosions on the "Nord Streams"

According to the diplomat, the Russian side appealed to the UN with a request to conduct an independent investigation into the explosions on gas pipelines.

Earlier, Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen said that Copenhagen would not allow Moscow to participate in the investigation of sabotage on Nord Streams.

Presidential Aide for International Affairs Yuri Ushakov called Denmark's position on Russia's proposal for a joint investigation at Nord Streams unconstructive.

The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that, despite Denmark's refusal to jointly investigate sabotage on Nord Streams, Russia will continue to seek answers.
