According to RIA Novosti, on March 17, the UN banned Morozova from speaking - the US permanent representative to the international organization Linda Thomas-Greenfield opposed the provision of a tribune to the ombudsman.

"In any case, the truth will come out, and all those war crimes that, I note, do not have a statute of limitations, will be revealed, and all those responsible who are now giving criminal orders to shoot at our cities, kill our children, women, men, old people will bear the punishment they deserve," Morozova said.

The UN Security Council voted against the speech of the Ombudsman Daria Morozova at a meeting on the humanitarian situation in Ukraine.

Earlier, Morozova said that the UN, the ICRC and UNICEF did not respond to 590 letters about human rights violations and war crimes of the Kiev authorities.

In a report to the UN Security Council, she noted that Ukrainian troops from 2014 until the start of the special operation actually wiped out a number of settlements of the republic from the face of the earth.
