  The establishment of a family childcare center shall comply with the relevant regulations of the local government on the registration of residences as business premises, and apply for registration to the local market supervision department in accordance with the law.

The name of the registration should indicate the word "nursery", and specify "family childcare service" in the scope of business (or business scope).

The registration authority should promptly push the registration information of family childcare centers to the health department.

  The "Draft for Comments" pointed out that after the registration of family childcare centers, they should promptly report to the county-level health department where they are located, log in to the childcare institution's record information system, and fill in the family childcare center's record form and record commitment letter online.

  Family nursery centers should provide infants and young children with life care, safety care, balanced meals and early learning opportunities to promote the physical and mental health of infants and young children.

  The "Draft for Solicitation of Comments" requires that each caregiver in a family childcare center can take care of up to 3 infants and young children.

  The per capita building area of ​​infants and young children in family care centers should not be less than 9m².

  The "Draft for Solicitation of Comments" clarifies that family childcare centers should be equipped with a video security monitoring system to keep infants and young children fortified during the childcare period, and the living and activity areas of infants and young children should be fully covered.

The storage period of surveillance video data shall not be less than 90 days.
