"The whole head is in black seams": in the Kirov region, after a beating, a contractor who came from the SVO zone died

On March 5, in the village of Kiknur, Kirov Region, 25-year-old contractor Daniil Razumov, who came on vacation from the SVO zone, was brutally beaten. He came to the apartment, where there were several other young people. According to the IC, there was a conflict, as a result of which Razumov received serious injuries and fell into a coma. He died in hospital on 7 March.

The report of the Investigative Committee indicates that the deceased was acquainted with the person who beat him. In respect of the 33-year-old suspect, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of pre-trial detention.

"A criminal case has been opened ... on the grounds of a crime provided for in Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing serious harm to health, resulting in death by negligence)," reads the message published on the website of the Investigative Committee for the Kirov Region.

The case gained great resonance after a number of messages in social networks, which contained details of the massacre. They mentioned that after the beating, Razumov was "tied to a car and rolled around the village." It is also indicated that there were several attackers - according to local residents, they are all from the same gang operating in Kiknur for more than a year.

The situation in the village drew attention to the main department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, put the case under control in the central office of the IC and instructed to report to him on the progress and interim results of the investigation.

On March 13, the Kiknur District Prosecutor's Office held a closed meeting of local residents with information about other offenses of the group allegedly involved in razumov's beating. The meeting with deputy prosecutor of the region Sergei Lomovtsev was attended by seven people, according to the website of the Kirov prosecutor's office. It is noted that the investigation was taken under special control.

Severe injuries

Information from social networks that several people from a local gang were present in the apartment where Daniil was beaten, a relative of the deceased confirmed to RT.

"The main witness, in whose apartment all this was happening, said that he and his wife had just come home when four people ran in. The landlady hid in the room, she also has children. Then, she said, two more people came into the apartment. There they beat him (Razumova. - RT), "the woman said.

"There is no living place on it. The skin on his face burst, apparently kicked on the face, his whole head is sewn-sewn, it's such a horror! When they brought it to us, it was not closed, it has a head like Frankenstein's, all in black seams, in black threads, "the RT interlocutor added.

According to her, the family was not initially informed that Daniil was in the hospital and is in a coma - the relatives learned about this from a neighbor.

The deceased left a widow - according to relatives, Razumov married recently, already during the SVO. They also claim that the wife has two children from previous marriages.

After the man's death, locals began to claim that the gang allegedly involved in his death regularly raped, robbed and beat people in Kiknur. Daniel's wife, who herself is from Kiknur, was also allegedly attacked.

"After all, this gang also terrorized his wife, he took her from Kiknur in the summer, he interceded for her, hid her at his grandmother's apartment, then transferred her to his parents in Nizhny Novgorod," says Razumova's relative.

Scary Stories

Daniil's neighbor told RT that the gang in a very short time managed to "become famous" in the village.

"There were a lot of beatings of people, one of them they put a knife to the throat, stole a car, beat them right at home. Indeed, many were intimidated, and now people are already showing activity, writing statements, "the man said.

Among other terrible stories about the activities of the Kiknur gang, which began to surface in social networks, the case when one of the local residents allegedly "cut off the ear" stands out. RT managed to find the victim, who partially confirmed this information.

"A year ago there was an incident with them. There was a holiday - the day of the village of Kiknur - and one of them (gang members. - RT) bit off a piece of my ear. I wouldn't want to remember that," the man said.

Daniil's relative claims that the closed meeting in the prosecutor's office after Razumov's death was attended by villagers who had previously been attacked by a local gang. According to her, as a result, six more criminal cases were initiated.

Investigation and arrest

The family of the deceased contractor is outraged that only one attacker is under arrest - according to them, this is 33-year-old Igor Akishin. Locals call him the leader of the Kiknur gang. It is said that on the night of Razumov's beating, he was with his two siblings. And on the eve of Akishin insisted in correspondence so that Razumov returned the money to him - screenshots were provided to RT by a relative of Daniil.

"We are very interested in the question of why only one person is under arrest. The rest are all in the village. They're afraid. Maybe they didn't beat him, or maybe the investigators will split them. But they are like a copycat: we did not see anything, we were sitting in the car, "the interlocutor told RT.

According to the judicial system, Igor Akishin was previously involved in administrative offenses: driving while intoxicated and disobeying a law enforcement officer.
