Several of the men have previously been sentenced to long prison terms after the shooting death of a member of No Surrender in the Ingelsta shopping area in Norrköping in 2020. They were also suspected of the double murder outside a nightclub in Norrköping in 2019 - but were acquitted.

At the beginning of last year, it was also clear that a prosecutor in Helsingborg believed that the Norrköping gang had been involved in plans to kill a man in Skåne.

Some of them were also suspected of having planned to abduct and kill the person who commissioned the murder.

Receive compensation

However, the men linked to Norrköping were acquitted in the case and now one of the men - a 29-year-old man - is receiving compensation from the state of SEK 395,000 for the time he was detained.

This is stated in a decision by the Chancellor of Justice.

The man was charged with preparation for murder and aiding and abetting murder, but was acquitted in both the district court and the court of appeal.
