According to Lee Do-yun, spokesman for the South Korean Presidential Office, Yin Xiyue made the above instructions when he held a weekly meeting with Prime Minister Han Deok-soo that day.

Han Deok-soo said that he will make arrangements for South Korea-Japan cooperation projects in various fields.

It is reported that Kim Sung-han, head of the National Security Office, will hold a press conference on the 14th to introduce the preparations for the South Korea-Japan summit meeting.

In addition, relevant sources in the presidential office reported that the South Korean and Japanese governments reached an agreement on the establishment and operation of the Future Youth Fund (tentative name) jointly funded by Japanese companies involved in the case, pointing out that South Korea and Japan are negotiating in this direction and expect to reach such a result.

Regarding Yin Xiyue's remarks on South Korea-Japan relations, the person said that while keeping the door of the past to solve problems, it is necessary to open the door of the future to discuss the future development direction of the relationship between the two countries.

"At present, the door to the past may seem wider, but if the two countries work together to continue to deepen bilateral relations, one day the door to the future will be wider. This is also the common wish of the people of the two countries."

According to previous reports, Yin Xiyue will visit Japan from March 16 and hold summit talks with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

South Korea and Japan will also hold a joint summit press conference after 12 years.

South Korea and Japan are expected to officially announce the restart of the "shuttle diplomacy" in which the heads of state of the two countries exchange visits once a year, expressing their desire to "create a new era of cooperation between the two countries."
