The report mentioned that on March 9, two Boeing B-52 "Stratofortress" strategic bombers were spotted near the Ukrainian border.
The plane flew on a circular trajectory at a speed of more than 760 kilometers per hour in the coastal area of the Black Sea at an altitude of about 6,400 meters.
The plane had approached the Romanian city of Braila, only about 30 kilometers from the Ukrainian Odessa region.
