Q: How are you after such a win?

A: "There is a lot of joy, a lot of fun, a lot of emotion. It's moving because we know the game, we've often come here... I have a special thought for Bernard (Laporte, Editor's note) and Anthony (Jelonch, editor's note). We share it between us but also with all the people who accompany us in good and bad times, this collective feeling of success.

Q: Is this the most successful game of your tenure?

A: "It's difficult hot. It's our thirty-fourth game and we wanted to get such a game out. We had decided it. We had to get such a game out, we wanted to do it. The tactical choices , the options... it's a great pleasure when it works and we manage to take the match, to put them in great difficulty. We did things that were sometimes very simple but which changed and raised a lot of questions. one side and gave a lot of confidence on the other. The rain could have disturbed us but, there too, we managed to adapt. Sometimes, we were brought up. I remember the All Blacks who led by far here and who came back to finish at 25-25... It was waiting for us, we talked about it and we managed to regain control of the game. It's a perfect day at Twickenham,it's rare."

Q: Six months from the World Cup, did you need such a match?

A: "We are in this competition. As they say, we have not yet dropped the trophy. Obviously, we will see what will happen tomorrow (Sunday between Scotland and Ireland, editor's note). But, tonight, we're going back to the hotel, we're going to have a beer. Our goal is to win the competition. We stumbled but we always play to win, we didn't but we did. learned a lot from each defeat. It was important for us to play the last game, despite our defeat in Ireland, to win it. The World Cup is the next competition."
