Chinanews.com, Geneva, March 8th. Huang Ziqian, a youth from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and a director of the United Nations Association of China, spoke at the 52nd session of the United Nations Human Rights Council on the 8th, introducing the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong.

Huang Ziqian said that since the implementation of the Hong Kong National Security Law for three years, Hong Kong has regained stability and effective governance.

Recently, a Hong Kong delegation visited the Middle East and signed 13 memorandums of cooperation, fully proving that Hong Kong has returned to the international stage and opened a new chapter.

Huang Ziqian said that the Hong Kong National Security Law plays a key role in Hong Kong's transformation from chaos to governance and prosperity, and the protection of human rights.

In 2021, World Bank statistics show that Hong Kong's rule of law percentile will be above 90%.

Facts speak louder than words. Some alarmists who slander Hong Kong’s national security law are no better than Hong Kong in terms of the rule of law, and urge them to stop interfering in China’s internal affairs and improve their own human rights situation.

Huang Ziqian said that with its unique advantages and the firm support of the central government, Hong Kong is attracting global talents and enterprises to return.

Sports and cultural activities have fully resumed, and the tourism industry has begun to recover, bringing more new business opportunities.

Hong Kong is not only integrating into the overall development of the country, but also beginning to return to the forefront of the global stage.
