Regarding the documents released by members of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan regarding the interpretation of "political fairness" stipulated in the Broadcast Act, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications acknowledged on the 7th that all 78 documents were administrative documents. There is a description that the city minister of internal affairs and communications discussed with Prime Minister Abe on the phone.

At the plenary session of the House of Councilors on the 8th, the Communist Party urged Minister Takaichi, who said, "If the document is true, I will resign as a member."

In response, Minister Takaichi said, ``I have not been able to confirm the four photos related to me, and there are statements that I have never made. I do not think that I should resign as a minister or a lawmaker because of a forged administrative document," he said, emphasizing that he would not resign as a lawmaker.

On the other hand, Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Matsumoto said, "We are continuing to confirm whether the contents of the document are accurate. It is difficult to argue on the premise that the content is accurate."
