Alice Lundborg Emilsson from Lidköping and Ellen Ögren from Källby, both 14 years old, were saddened when they heard about the verdict in the Court of Appeal where a man was acquitted of raping a 10-year-old girl on the grounds that the court could not define exactly what snippa means.
They felt they wanted to do something to show support for the ten-year-old girl, which Nya Lidköpings-Tidningen also told about.
In addition to the two 14-year-olds, three politicians gave speeches at Nya stadens torg in Lidköping.
It was Carina Ohlsson (S), MEP and municipal politicians Tommy Larsson (KD) and Petra Karlsson (MP).
