On a cellphone video, the woman can be heard referring to the boys' skin color and saying that she hates them and thinks they are disgusting.
The youngest of the brothers was just 10 years old at the time of the incident last September.
The woman is also charged with insult, which means that she may have to pay damages to the boys if she is convicted in the district court.
She denies the crime, but admits that she said what is heard on the cellphone video.
