Ulyanov said that there is no need for Grossi's visit to Russia at the moment

The diplomat said this in an interview with TASS.

According to Ulyanov, at the moment negotiations on the creation of a security zone around the Zaporizhzhya NPP are "slippin'."

“Under these conditions, there is no need for the visit of Rafael Grossi to Moscow,” he stated.

Earlier, Ulyanov already noted that Kyiv is not yet ready to implement the IAEA initiative to create a protective zone around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
